OUR STORY

Future Star Sports Management came to fruition when long-term friends, directors Delcio Dos Santos and Steven Haziza Metta both passionate about sports and in particular football came up with the concept of a revolutionary agency dedicated to providing a conclusive tailored service for professional athletes all around the world. Their vision was to ensure that young potential stars, as well as established players all received the personal service they required. With numerous sports agencies traditional methods recognised as redundant and various agents prioritising their most financially valuable clients, while ignoring the ‘rest’, both Delcio and Steven founded a contemporary, transparent operating agency which considers every athlete as a priority.
